Please note that once packages are in possession of the post office it is out of our company’s control and the company is not responsible for any lost, delayed or stolen merchandise.

Returns

Products are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

If an issue occurs on the company’s behalf and customer has received incorrect product, incorrect size, etc. they are eligible for an exchange. 

Customers have 7 days to exchange items :

Starting the date the item has been marked delivered

To be eligible for an exchange the product must be unused and in the same condition received in. Once merchandise is received and inspected an email will be sent confirming if an exchange was approved.
